My Research
My research and scholarship focuses mostly on a variety of civil rights issues. These include racial justice; reparations and apology for slavery and Jim Crow; atonement and restorative justice; critical race theory; feminist legal theory; Native Hawaiian rights; LGBT rights and marriage equality; religious freedom; Mormonism; and a variety of Mormon-studies issues. I also write about agency regulation, tort law, and new governance.
